The Carpigiani Colore & Rainbow

The Colore and Rainbow machines offer a new dimension to freshly made soft ice-cream, that confirm the great sales potential of this product.

These machines are part of a new range of technologically advanced machines that CARPIGIANI has specifically designed to pipe flavourings onto ice-cream as it is dispensed.

The hopper of the mix is located in the upper part of the machine whereas in the middle section you have the horizontal batch freeze cylinder whose extraction tap on the front dispenses ice-cream portions.

One of the three syrups (kept in three different containers in the lower part of the machine) is instantly piped onto the ice-cream.

THE EXCLUSIVE FEATURES

In the upper tank, an independent refrigeration system keeps the liquid mix at a constant temperature of +40 Deg C either when the machine is being used or during breaks.

The mix feeds the production cylinder through a patented gear pump that pressurises the mix with air, boosting the growth of volume (up to 80% overrun).

The soft ice-cream produced by a special self-regulating beater in the batch freeze cylinder is constantly checked by the electronic system HARD-O-TRONIC. in this way the operator can easily programme the consistency and quality best suited for the ice-cream.

A whole range of fruit and cream syrups specifically prepared for this machine can be piped onto the ice-cream.

In the lower part of the machine there are 3 different containers where the syrups are kept and through special pumps the flavours are added onto the ice-cream.

After selecting the flavour on the touch pad panel the syrup is instantly piped onto the ice-cream creating a mouth watering and colourful product.

THE PRODUCTION CYCLE OF COLORE & RAINBOW Whilst the syrup-flavoured soft ice-cream is being dispensed by the extraction tap an equal quantity of mix goes from the upper refrigeration hopper to the batch freeze cylinder and almost immediately freezes. It is easy and simple to switch from flavour to flavour: at a touch of a button the chosen syrup is added to the ice-cream.

You can serve a colourful and tasty ice-cream in a simple and fast way.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF COLORE

The AES 381/p/SP Colore comes complete with the convenience of automatic pasteurisation again at the touch of a button providing the reassurance of a safe and healthy product day after day. By pasteurising the mix, and all the parts that are in operating contact with it the product is kept in perfect hygienic production. To help make life simpler, the AES 381/p/SP Colore hoppers can also be directly filled with powder mix. The amount of water added to the mix can be controlled from the electronic display by pushing the correct button.
