These are combined self-pasteurising machines for the production of soft ice cream and shakes, with a unit for the toppings, cones, tubs, glasses etc. Carpigiani have designed 2 floor standing models able to supply up to 60 litres per hour of ice-cream and shakes

 

CARPIGIANI COSS 2630/p/SP/AES

The latest combination production centre for thick milk shake and soft ice cream

 

Compact:

The COSS 2630 has been designed to offer all the benefits of Carpigiani's electronic milk shake and soft ice-cream machine including a generous output but with a much reduced footprint. The new machine occupies just 0.64 M2 of floor space.

 

Simple to operate:

The COSS 2630 is very easy to use. The touchpad control and digital display means one touch flavour selection and milk shake dispense, ice cream is simply dispensed by opening the spigot tap. Both displays offer features such as low mix warning etc.

 

Easy to clean:

The automatic cleaning cycle starts at the touch of a button. The machine automatically refills with hot water removing any grease and residues thus reducing manual cleaning time and keeping cost to a minimum. The new design has allowed the number of parts requiring cleaning to be reduced to a minimum and all can be disassembled without the need for tools.

 

Hygienically safe:

The COSS 2630 comes complete with the convenience of automatic pasteurisation again at the touch of a button providing the reassurance of a safe and healthy product day after day. By pasteurising the mix and all the parts that are in operating contact with it the product is kept in perfect hygienic production.

The COSS 2630 will produce delicious and perfect milk shakes with its Hard-O-Tronic control system optimising the production quality using its auto diagnostic function.

 

Convenience:

To help make life simpler, the COSS 2630 hoppers can be directly filled with powder mix. The amount of water added can be directly controlled from the panel by touching the correct button.

MAIN FEATURES

 

Self-pasteurising automatic cycle with manual override

Every 24 hours, at the most convenient time for the operator, the machine automatically heats all the product inside, killing all bacteria, and quickly cools it down to guarantee the best possible sanitary conditions for the customers and relieving the operator from the daily task of stripping, washing, sanitising and reassembling the machine. These chores only need to be done every 14 days, Should it be required or so chosen,

The pasteurisation cycle can be activated manually at any time, however the machine is programmed so that full pasteurisation is completed every 24 hours in any case.

 

Independent sides

The shake side works independently from the sundae side. All functions are duplicated.

The operator can stop one side for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs or by choice and still fully operate the other side. This feature is particularly useful for washing one side at a time without disrupting sales.

 

Patented Carpigiani mix pumps

Mix feed gear pumps with a pre-set liquid-to-air ratio guarantee consistent overrun and high product quality. The Carpigiani gear pumps are internationally know for their efficiency, reliability and simplicity.. Very few parts to strip clean and reassemble.

 

Electronic consistency control

The HARD-O-TRONIC product consistency control constantly checks the viscosity of the shake and the ice cream. It manages the refrigeration system to bring the product to its best serving conditions and to keep it there all the time, independently from the temperature and the outside conditions.

 

User-friendly control panel

 

Few, simple, easily understandable push buttons are located in the front control panels. The display window provides all useful information about product quality, mix temperature, machine functions and washing date. If a problem occurs, it displays the indication of the cause (self-diagnosis). Pilot lights tell the operator when it is time to refill the mix tanks or the hot topping bain-marie.

 

Automatic shake portion control

 

A "magic eye" reads the filling level of the shake cup and automatically stops the flow at the correct point. The operator needs only to push the flavour selector.

 

Pressurised syrup system

 

A 6 bar air compressor has enough power to bring the correct quantity of the thickest syrup into the shake cup. Air pressure can be easily adjusted to different syrup viscosity in the various tanks by turning a knob located in the syrup cabinet. Pressure gauges are provided for each syrup tank.

Shake syrups: practical and sanitary containers controlled by a particularly powerful pneumatic system (6 bar) that guarantees an accurate and constant syrup quantity, thus offering customers consistency of flavour even for dense syrups such as chocolate.
