A range of compact soft ice cream machines producing excellent quality ice cream in the smallest of spaces. There are options to dispense either a single flavour, two flavours, or a combination twist depending on which machine you chose from. Each Machine can either be fitted with a gravity feed valve system that mixes air naturally (giving an overrun of up to 40%) or they can be equipped with the exclusive Carpigiani world famous, patented geared pumps that pressurise air (creating an even higher overrun of up to 80%).

This simple to operate machine has one flavour and with a gravity- feed valve will create traditional soft ice cream which can be personalised using your own artistic creativity with fruit toppings and garnish

161/BAR/P

A one - flavour model machine which has the benefit of the world famous Carpigiani pump. This device creates an ice cream with a softer and lighter texture and provides a higher overrun and increased profit. Despite its compact size its higher production capacity will cope with a great demand.

This model has two hoppers and gravtiy valves feeding two production cylinders. This allows two flavours to be offered and a unique flavour combination twist.

As the 173/Bar except with the unique Carpigiani pumps feeding two production cylinders which increases overrrun. This most powerful of machines will meet the demands of the busiest of locations.

This machine is like two machines in one with two Hard-O-Tronic control systems and hoppers each controlling a cylinder, allowing the creation of two different specialities. For instance, fresh fruit sorbet and yoghurt a the same time! Naturally, either or both of these could be substituted by traditional creamy, smooth soft ice cream.
