THE CHARACTERISTICS OF MISS YOGHURT
The machine includes an upper tank directly refrigerated for the ideal storage of liquid mix at +4 degrees C.
This special system guarantees controlled temperature at all times either when the machine is being used or not being used.
The tanks, send simultaneously the right dose of air and liquid mix from the upper tank to the cylinders which are situated in the central part of MISS YOGURT. These are put horizontally and inside them there are special beaters that produce the FROZEN YOGURT. The independent characteristics of direct storage and production guarantee product stability, quantity and consistency.
PRODUCTION CYCLE OF MISS YOGURT
A portion of FROZEN YOGURT is dispensed by means of a spigot tap, simultaneously an equal amount of mix is transferred from the upper tank and becomes immediately frozen.
