The provision of operator training upon installation is always included in our equipment price, allowing the end user to capitalise fully on the operational benefits and feel completely comfortable with all aspects of machine operation.

Major national account clients often require a customised training package, which can be devised before training commences. This includes the development of a comprehensive training manual covering operation and cleaning of the equipment.

Further support and advice for the machine operator is always available at the end of a phone line. All our administrative staff receives operational, technical and sales training so that when we receive a call we can immediately identify and eliminate problems that are of an operational rather than a technical nature.

It is our policy to train and re-train our service technicians. Because we employ our own, full-time personnel, our technicians are picked from only the best refrigeration and electrical engineers to become specialist Carpigiani technicians.

Our technicians are expected to be experts to encompass Health and Safety, Gas and Electrical Regulations, fault finding maintenance and service procedures always with the customer’s specific needs as a guiding principle.

In addition to specific training with regard to the latest legislative and machine feature advances, our technicians are regularly updated and retrained during residential courses at Carpigiani HQ in Bologna, Italy.

Our response times and services staff performances are constantly measured to ensure customer satisfaction and conformance with specific customer’s maintenance agreements.
