MS 501
With Carpigiani MS/501 you can produce Milk Shake of various flavours, starting from a vanilla base. The MS/501 comes complete with tray and syrup dispensers, you simply apply flavour of your choice to the vanilla base.
A spinner (Mixer) is available to blend syrup and base, a perfect milkshake is prepared in seconds.In spite of its small dimensions the MS/501 has an impressive high output. It produces 50kg per hour. In addition to its high standard features, the machine is easy to operate and clean.
Product is continuously checked by an electronic control for consistency.
A minimum level indicator of product is situated on front panel for easy reference.

The MS 304 has been designed to offer all the benefits of Carpigiani's electronic milkshake machine including a generous output but with a much-reduced footprint. The new machine occupies just 0.41 M sq of floor space.
Simple to operate:
The MS 304 is very easy to use. The touchpad control and digital display means one touch flavour selection and dispense, whilst the display offers features such as low mix warning etc.
Easy to clean:
The automatic cleaning cycle starts at the touch of a button. The machine automatically refills with hot water removing any grease and residues thus reducing manual cleaning time and keeping cost to a minimum. The new design has allowed the number of parts requiring cleaning to be reduced to a minimum and all can be disassembled without the need for tools.
Hygienically safe:
The MS 304 comes complete with the convenience of automatic pasteurisation again at the touch of a button providing the reassurance of a safe and healthy product day after day. By pasteurising the mix, and all the parts that are in operating contact with it the product is kept in perfect hygienic production.

Automatic Pasteurisation cycle
MS 404/p/SP/AES
The newly introduced self-pasteurising machine from Carpigiani offers the latest developments at your fingertips. It unique patented self-pasteurising feature makes operation cleaner, safer and more hygienical then ever before. Now you have 3 flavours and constant consistency control, combines in one easy to clean machine together with Carpigiani reliability.
By simply pressing a button the pasteurisation cycle begins and automatically keeps the remaining mixture and all the parts that are in contact with it in a perfectly hygienic condition.
Automatic Cleaning Cycle
To activate the complete cleaning of the machine, simply press the appropriate button. The machine will refill with water, (automatically heated) which will remove grease and other residues thus reducing manual cleaning to a minimum, hence reducing daily labour cost significantly.
Dry Filling
To save time and to ensure maximum hygiene, the machine can be filled with powder mix, which transforms into a liquid mixture directly in the hopper. The quantity of water needed can be programmed electronically with a visual display of the amount entering the machine.
Electronic Consistency Control: the control system (Hard-O-Tronic) optimises the production cycle and guarantees an always-perfect product using its constant auto-diagnosis function.
Electronic Block (Optional)
The machine has a built-in cycle with a 2-day countdown, which appears, on the display. The length of the cycle can be programmed to last, for example, 7, 14, 21 or 30 days.
This will cause the machine to block after the programmed cycle has elapsed if not manually cleaned before the end of the cycle.
This feature assures adherence to your hygiene standards by the operating personnel.
