General Overview

These machines are designed for the instant supply of perfect soft ice-cream. There is a wide range of models to choose from: either counter top or floor standing, dispensing either one or two flavours, plus a flavour combination twist. Carpigiani specialise in piped syrup flavoured ice creams in the Colore and Rainbow range. Other options include gravity feed valves or the world famous patented Carpigiani geared pumps for increased output. Carpigiani also include machines with Advanced Electronic System (AES). There is a range of models with production capacities from 11 Kg. per hour upwards.
